个人简介

    主要从事中药资源的开发与利用研究，如铁苋菜、陈皮、柑普茶、大叶茶、黄梁木等药用植物有效成分的筛选和提取分离、药效评价、作用机理、质量控制等研究。近年来主持并参与国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广东省中医药局、广东省林业局等多项科技项目，在生命科学和农林科学领域国内外期刊共发表论文30余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chemistry, Industrial Crops & Products, Food & Function等中科院一区和二区杂志发表论文多篇；以副主编出版普通高等教育“十三五”规划教材1部，发表教改论文2篇；制定地方标准1项，授权专利多项。
